Pro Deo (subsidised legal aid)
Not everyone can carry the costs of a lawyer themselves — we understand. If you qualify for subsidised legal aid (pro deo), we arrange the application for you.
Everyone deserves good legal help, regardless of income.
How does pro deo work?
- The Legal Aid Board (Raad voor Rechtsbijstand) assesses whether you qualify
- Your income and assets are reviewed
- If granted (a toevoeging), you pay a personal contribution; court fees and any legal costs awarded against you may apply on top of that
- We guide you through the entire application process
